Prices below include VAT and exclude the daily fuel surcharge. Your booking form adds the current fuel charge and any selected extras, then shows the exact total before Stripe payment. Prices depend on postcode coverage and the packed size and weight of your items.

A single bath, with the rim, finish and feet protected for transport.

Your return, in three steps
1. Get your return approved
Contact Plumbworld for approval, your return reference, the correct warehouse address and any return deadline.
2. Build your collection
Add each item and quantity, enter the packed dimensions and weight, and choose your preferred collection date. The price updates as you make changes.
3. Review and pay
Check your addresses, items and full price. Sign in or create your verified account, then pay securely with Stripe. Keep your items packaged and ready for the confirmed collection.
Need a little extra help?
Add up to four boxes (30kg combined) for £34.80 including VAT, or up to eight boxes (60kg combined) for £70.80 including VAT. A two-person collection upgrade is £66 including VAT.
The daily fuel surcharge also applies to these extras. Each selected extra is charged once per booking. Enter accurate packed sizes and weights so we can check whether the service covers your items.

Can I return several different items together?
Yes. Add each item type and its quantity in the booking form. The basket recalculates the combined item charges, extras, fuel and VAT. For another retailer or collection address, make a separate booking.
Do I need the retailer’s permission first?
Yes. Deliverate arranges transport; your retailer decides whether to accept the return and issue a refund. Use the warehouse address and return reference your retailer provides.
How should I pack my return?
Use the original packaging where suitable, protect every fragile surface and secure loose parts. Drain and dry plumbed items. Measure and weigh the fully packaged items, and follow your retailer’s return instructions.
Will I see the full price before paying?
Yes. Your booking shows the item charges, selected extras, daily fuel surcharge, VAT and total. Prices are checked again before the Stripe checkout is created. If a price has changed, you’ll need to review the updated total.
What if my item or postcode is not covered?
Use the courier quote option in the booking form so your return can be assessed. Don’t select a different item type to force a fixed price.
