Anonymous profiles for everyone

Customers register with a private email address and a generated public username, choosing a generic Parcel, Cargo or Route style with a random code. Drivers use the same anonymous handle system on Deliverate. Real names, business names, profile photos and contact details are not displayed during quoting. Driver verification records remain private in Drive it.

1. Create a useful delivery request

Tell us the collection and delivery areas, what the goods are, how many items there are and your preferred dates. Include dimensions, approximate weight and handling needs where known. You can begin a draft without an account, then sign in to submit.

Keep public descriptions about the goods and the work. Only add exact addresses and contact details after accepting a quote, using the private booking fields.

2. Compare interest and quotes

Several drivers can respond to the same job. Compare price alongside availability, vehicle suitability, loading help and any exclusions. Ask about packaging, stairs, restricted access and the arrangements for someone to receive the goods.

A response is an offer to help. It is not an automatic assignment.

3. Choose your courier

The customer paying for the delivery decides who to assign. Review the final details and charges before confirming. Every successful marketplace booking adds a Deliverate booking fee equal to 15% of the courier’s charge, subject to a minimum booking fee of £15. The courier’s delivery charge is separate. Optional tracking and proof of delivery can be added for £42 including VAT unless the selected service explicitly includes it. Where checkout is available, the system waits for verified payment before releasing the full delivery contacts.

If checkout is unavailable for your booking, it cannot be completed as a paid booking yet. Do not treat a submitted request or a courier response as confirmation of collection.

4. Keep the job record together

Your selected driver uses the operational tools available in Drive it to plan and run the work. Tracking and proof of delivery help keep progress and completion records with the order. Optional notification subscriptions are separate from the base membership.

What can people see?

Public listings use limited delivery summaries. Account access is required to participate. Private collection and delivery contacts are restricted until the booking is accepted and payment is verified. Please also avoid sharing personal information in photographs or public text.
