The driver-network success fee is not a fee charged to every courier who responds to a customer’s marketplace listing. Check the applicable job terms before posting, quoting or accepting work.

Your checkout should add up
The quote and booking summary must identify the courier price, the Deliverate booking fee equal to 15% of the courier charge with a £15 minimum, whether tracking and full POD are included or cost an additional £42 including VAT, and the total you will pay. The courier’s delivery charge is separate from the Deliverate booking fee. It must also explain any amount due later. Check this summary before committing.

On this comparable tracked service, the Drive It courier receives £25 more while the customer pays £17 less than with the free-account courier plus the tracking upgrade.
Managed instant bookings
The managed service is being prepared separately, using Nexus pricing and its own service and payout terms. Its booking charge is distinct from the ordinary quote marketplace; it will be published with the total payable before this service opens. It is not available for purchase just because it is described here. Confirm availability, the total price and the delivery commitment in the app before booking.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
Check the cancellation and refund terms supplied with your quote before accepting. A submitted request alone is not a confirmed collection. If your goods, dates or access details change, obtain an updated price and agreement before the work changes. Read the applicable cancellation terms for the introduction fee and any transport payment. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
