Tracking for the orders you input
Driver-entered orders can use the Drive it tracking workflow. Your own customer work does not have to sit outside the system just because it did not arrive from Deliverate.
Tracking reflects available driver and device updates. It relies on the workflow being used, appropriate location permissions and connectivity; it should not be interpreted as a guarantee of continuous location coverage.
Plan the route, then run the work
Keep your stops and delivery details together so you can plan the day and work through the route. Check vehicle suitability, loading time, access restrictions and customer availability alongside any suggested route.
Google Maps account setup and usage charges are separate from the Drive it subscription.
Proof of delivery belongs with the order
Complete the proof-of-delivery workflow when the goods are delivered. Keeping the completion record attached to the order helps you respond to customer enquiries without searching through unrelated messages.
Capture information responsibly. Only include the evidence needed for the delivery and respect the privacy of recipients and bystanders.
Add notifications separately
Optional notification subscriptions can add customer updates. They are a separate service from tracking, route planning and POD in the base Drive it membership. Confirm the available channels, charges and subscription terms before adding notifications.
One workspace for your working day.
Deliverate connects customers with couriers. Nexus Drive it gives those couriers the tools to manage the work, including orders they bring themselves.
