Trial eligibility and what happens afterwards
- 90 days free for the first 50 eligible approved new drivers; 30 days for eligible new drivers after that. Availability is confirmed during registration.
- One introductory trial per customer across Nexus products. Existing subscribers do not receive another trial when adding or switching products.
- No card required. No paid subscription starts automatically.
- After the trial, return to the free plan with saved work available read-only, or choose to upgrade for £79 per month including VAT.
- Any longer trial already granted keeps its confirmed end date.
Separate charges and service details
- Driver-network jobs are free to list. The posting driver pays £42 including VAT when another driver accepts or a quote is awarded. Transport payment is agreed separately between drivers.
- Google Maps usage is billed separately by Google. Optional notification services and other published usage charges are separate.
- On Deliverate customer bookings, you set or accept the courier charge. The customer booking fee is separate from your agreed courier earnings.
- Optional customer tracking and POD costs £42 including VAT unless the selected service includes it. This customer charge is separate from courier pay and the driver-network success fee.
- Tracking needs the supported workflow, device permissions and connectivity. Jobs and earnings are not guaranteed.
How courier opportunities work
- Create your account. Choose free Deliverate membership or the Drive It route.
- Complete verification. Add the driver, vehicle and business details requested in the secure app and keep required documents current.
- Review suitable work. Check the collection, delivery, timing, vehicle and service requirements before responding.
- Quote or accept. Submit a private quote or accept a fixed-price opportunity where the job offers that option.
- Complete the delivery professionally. Meet the agreed requirements, communicate delays and provide the required delivery evidence.
Account approval gives access to the relevant workflow; it does not promise that a particular job, route or level of earnings will be available.
What are the Deliverate fees?
Join Deliverate free to find suitable customer delivery opportunities and submit your own transport quote. Your agreed courier charge remains your courier earnings for the job; Deliverate customer charges and any optional customer tracking service are separate. Add Drive It when you want route planning, tracking, proof of delivery and booking tools for your own customers as well as eligible Deliverate work.
Drive It membership is £79 including VAT per month after any confirmed trial. A Drive It member can include the supported tracking and proof workflow in their service without the customer buying that separate Deliverate upgrade. Google Maps usage and any other separately described services remain outside the base membership.

Add your own collections and deliveries, then organise them alongside accepted network work. Route results depend on the stops, starting point and mapping setup you provide.
Keep customers informed
Use supported tracking and order updates when the driver workflow, device permissions and connectivity allow them. Do not promise uninterrupted location updates where the device cannot provide them.
Keep proof with the order
Capture the required recipient information, photographs or signatures and retain them with the relevant delivery record for authorised access.

Do I need Drive It to join Deliverate?
No. You can create a free Deliverate courier account. Drive It is the paid option for drivers who also want the wider own-job, route-planning, tracking and proof-of-delivery toolkit.
Does joining guarantee courier work?
No. Opportunities depend on customer demand, location, timing, vehicle requirements, account approval and customer selection. Work and earnings are not guaranteed.
Where do I upload driver documents?
Only inside the secure app after choosing your membership route. Private verification documents are kept separate from your public courier identity.
Can I use Drive It for my existing customers?
Yes. Drive It is designed to support orders you add yourself as well as eligible network opportunities.
